returning to uk

hi i am new here I have been trying to HomeEd my boy who is now 15 I took him out of a little village school in spain when he was nine as the teacher could not cope with him he refused to work. He hasn't had an assesment,I always thought he was aspergers.
Now I can't get him to do anything even get out of bed sometimes he stays up all night and all the next day too his sleeping pattern doesn't exsist he has few interests and is bored so I thought to return to uk and try and get him back to school.
I don't know if that is wise or not but how would it be to put a 15 yr old into school who has no arithmetic no maths and doesn't do what he's asked. would I be in trouble for not educating him well enough. thanks for reading jewels

He doesn't stand a chance of succeeding or surviving in a British secondary school. Unless you register your son at school then he will be technically invisible to the authorities so you won't get in trouble for not educating him properly.
