Hello. We are just about to embark on home educating our 13 year old son who has Asperger's Syndrome. We are fairly excited but a little nervous too... it may not work! We live in Surrey. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations of groups, tutors, good ASD friendly exam centres etc in Surrey? If so we would love to hear from you. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. Nervous feeling are quite normal initially but things will almost certainly settle down in time. Unfortunately I don't have any details of local tutors on file. The best advice is to enquire locally. AQA have their head office in Guildford and they publish a list of exam centres that accept private candidates although I haven't had the opportunity to determine which ones offer which subjects. I'm sure if you contact AQA they will help you.
